It’s time to give back to our hard-working English teachers! A deserving teacher stands to win a literary feast of a prize at the Franschhoek Literary Festival. The winning teacher must be someone who has instilled a passion and love for English in his/her students while teaching in challenging circumstances.

The lucky winner who fits this description will receive:

  • Two night’s free accommodation in a self-catering cottage in Franschhoek, during the period of the Franschhoek Literary Festival, 17 – 19 May.
  • Six sets of double tickets to events at the Literary Festival
  • Free transport to and from Franschhoek for the weekend.

The competition is open to anyone who is currently teaching English anywhere in South Africa.

How to enter:
Parents, students, teachers, or anyone in a school community can nominate a teacher who fits the description of someone who has instilled a passion and love for English in his/her students while teaching in challenging circumstances. Simply write a few paragraphs motivating your nomination and send it to us at info@englishatonce.com
